Lessons Learned From Getting It Wrong

Consulting projects are rarely complete successes or complete failures.

Every engagement is a blend of satisfying accomplishments and moments where the consultant wishes she/he could push the "do over" button.  But some experiences are more negative than others.  Kelin will share some of his examples of mistakes, bad luck, bad timing, and bad judgment that provided his most useful and painful learning experiences, and then chair a discussion of the lessons learned, and the process of moving on to the next case.
