Managing Family Conflict with Family

It’s no secret that one of the most important keystones to successful family enterprises is effective family and business governance. In this program, Jane will share her experiences in helping family enterprises start and develop effective family councils. It will be case based and practical with specific examples of what works and what doesn’t including: What are Family Councils and what aren’t they? How do we get started? What are some of the unique challenges in developing a Family Council? Who should be a member of the Family Council? How are decisions made? How does a Family Council manage conflict? What skills are needed to help the family firm create and sustain an effective Family Council? Come join us and share your ideas!
