About the Presenters:


Pamela Radsch, Senior Vice President of Marsh Private Client Services

Pamela Radsch is the leader of the Marsh Private Client Services Family Office division. As the national Family Office Leader, Pamela directs the risk management consultation services provided to families with substantial assets who are members of a family business, single family office, private trust company, or multi-client family office.

With more than 25 years experience in advising high net worth individuals and families on personal risk management issues, Pamela has obtained a unique expertise in the family office and wealth managment arena by focusing on the specific lifestyle needs of family office clients for the past 14 years.

A fifth generation Californian, Pamela received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California. She is Chairman of the Board of the California Performing Arts Center and is involved in numerous charitable endeavors.

Pamela’s expertise has made her a regular speaker at family office, wealth management, and insurance industry conferences. Professionally, she maintains active membership affiliations with Family Office Exchange, Institute for Private Investors, and the Family Firm Institute.


Susan Ott, Vice President of President of Marsh Private Client Services

 Susan Ott, Vice President with Private Client Services, directs the asset protection consulting and insurance services offered to affluent individuals and families in Northern California. Her twenty-five years of extensive risk management experience provides her with unique insight into delivering tailored client solutions that help protect wealth as well as physical assets.

Prior to rejoining Marsh Private Client Services in 2011, Susan worked as the Managing Director of Personal Insurance for another Bay Area brokerage. She has been a featured speaker at several industry conferences and wealth management events, including the Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS), the Family Firm Institute (FFI) and the Family Office Exchange (FOX).

Susan is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a Masters in Human Resources and Organization Development. She also holds the designation of Associate in Risk Management (ARM) from the Insurance Institute of America.

A fourth-generation San Franciscan, Susan volunteers for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and is involved with other charitable endeavors.


Anna Winningham, Executive Vice President of Risk Control Strategies

Ms. Winningham comes to Risk Control Strategies from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where she served as a Special Agent for 13 years. In her last assignment with the FBI, Ms. Winningham was the Supervisory Special Agent for the Crisis Response Squad of the Los Angeles Field Office. Her responsibilities included oversight and management of the Evidence Response Team, the Crisis Negotiations Team, the Special Weapons and Tactics Team, and the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) response (which included all operational WMD components).

During her career with the FBI, Ms. Winningham developed an expertise in strategic planning, crisis resolution, and tactical response of comprehensive security and crisis management operations worldwide. She has supervised multiple operational deployments of FBI resources, including overseas operations to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kosovo, the Philippine Islands, Indonesia and Greece. She established and managed the FBI command post during the 9/11 terrorism investigation. She has managed critical incidents, planned and coordinated protection details for U.S. Government officials, supervised tactical operations in response to numerous kidnappings and extortion matters, and coordinated the FBI response to multiple special events.

Ms. Winningham has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas – El Paso, where she specialized in Soviet and East European Politics. She is a Russian speaker, and attended the Russian School at Middlebury College, Vermont. She also served in the U.S. Army as an Ordnance Officer and was assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division for several years. Ms. Winningham brings over 17 years of operational experience in crisis resolution and threat management. She is a valuable resource to corporate as well as private clients serviced by Risk Control Strategies.
