The Midwest Chapter of the Family Firm Institute Cordially invites you to attend the May 15 Event
Family Champions and Champion Families
This session will explore the concepts in the new book Family Champions and Champion Families by Joshua Nacht and Gregory Greenleaf. The role of the family champion can be a key element of success in family businesses. The family champion provides leadership within the family to help develop and support their ownership capabilities. Knowing more about this role as advisers can help us activate and leverage their influence in the family to support our mutual goals.
We will also talk about how the role of leadership helps create champion families, those families who have harnessed their opportunities and managed their challenges to create enduring success.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Joshua Nacht is a consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group and works with business families to leverage their strengths by focusing on effective governance, communication, and transitions. He is adept at working with multigenerational families to integrate diverse perspectives and create strong ownership groups by developing structured plans for continuity. He holds the Certificate in Family Business Advising and is the recipient of the FFI 2016 Best Doctoral Dissertation Award.
