A Real Life Rubik’s Cube – Group Dynamics and its Impact on the Success of the Family Enterprise
Group dynamics in a family enterprise are complex, sometimes “ secretive” and unique to each family. This session will explore those various dynamics likely present within a family business and implications for both the success of the business and getting along as a family.
Practical solutions to address some typical group dynamic issues will be explored from the perspective of growing a healthy family business, achieving family harmony, as well as guiding family business advisers on ways to have the greatest impact across familial groups.
ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Janice DiPietro is founder and CEO of Boston-based Exceptional Leaders International (E.L.I). She has successfully led and consulted to companies for more than 25 years and has experience in many diverse and complex industries with a focus on family controlled enterprises. Her team of C-level veterans guide family-owned organizations through their most critical transitions and periods of growth to maximize ownership value.
