Preparing for New Leadership from Outside the Family Business

Leadership from outside the family can provide additional perspective and a set of capabilities that contribute to the sustainability and growth of your business. In this presentation and case study, we’ll examine four pivotal issues that family business owners and directors should consider in determining whether the next leader should come from outside the family firm.

About the Presenter:

Janice DiPietro-Founder and CEO, Exceptional Leaders International
