Recruiting Non-Family Leadership to Family-Owned Businesses

Bruce Walton will discuss, through case studies and scar tissue, the things that need to be present for a family business to become a successful user of executive recruiting services. If you, as an advisor, see a client-leadership void down the road, either temporary or permanent and perhaps even over the horizon, this session will help you identify the governance structures and processes that need to be in place ahead of any search. Then you can help the client lay good foundations. By example, it is already too late to start building a fiduciary board when you need to start a CEO search.
