All cancellations must be in writing. If you are unable to attend, a substitution may be made at any time. Registrations cancelled before September 1, 2017 will be refunded in full, less a $100 USD administrative fee. Registrations cancelled between September 1, 2017 and September 15, 2017 will receive a 25% credit towards another FFI conference within a year’s period. No refunds or credits can be issued for cancellations after September 15, 2017. No shows are subject to the full fee.
For non-member registrations that include a one-year membership, only the conference registration portion is subject to a refund.
No refunds can be issued for cancellations to the Gala Dinner; however, substitutions can be made at any time.
Guests of attendees are invited to attend the Gala Dinner as space permits.
All educational session presenters are expected to be registered attendees at the conference.
