Cancellation Policy: 

All cancellations must be in writing. If you are unable to attend, a substitution may be made at any time. Registrations cancelled before September 1, 2017 will be refunded in full, less a $100 USD administrative fee. Registrations cancelled between September 1, 2017 and September 15, 2017 will receive a 25% credit towards another FFI conference within a year’s period. No refunds or credits can be issued for cancellations after September 15, 2017. No shows are subject to the full fee.For non-member registrations that include a one-year membership, only the conference registration portion is subject to a refund. No refunds can be issued for cancellations to the Gala Dinner; however, substitutions can be made at any time.
