Jack Wofford will lead a discussion of best practices in consulting or advising family enterprises when issues arise concerning lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender aspects of the engagement — either in the client family, the advisor's firm, or personally.

Jack Wofford, Facilitator and Arbitrator
Jack is a mediator, facilitator and arbitrator based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with extensive experience helping family enterprises manage conflict. He mediates in a wide range of areas often involving highly charged issues, multiple parties, and a long history of conflict and impasse -- including commercial, construction, development, employment, environmental, public policy, real estate, small business, and transportation. He is former president of Gay & Lesbian Advocates and Defenders (GLAD), and, with four children, a founding member of Gay Fathers of Greater Boston. He is a Fellow and former board member of FFI. He graduated from Harvard College, Harvard Law School, and Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.
