Corporate Trustees Share their Experiences with Family Business
Come and join the Midwest Chapter of FFI and learn what the Corporate Trustees are doing with their closely held business holdings: how they determine whether to act as trustee, how they determine their fees, what “team” they put together to manage the business, what they view their role to be, how they interact with the family (those wo work in the business and those who are merely passive owners). The presenters will entertain questions and, of course, they will share some of their “war stories”. This promises to be a very interesting presentation.
