Fredda Herz Brown,
Ph.D., Principal, Relative Solutions, LLC
Fredda is a pioneer in the field of family enterprise. Her
career in working with families who share substantial assets began almost
twenty years ago. She is a Principal with Relative Solutions, a firm that
focuses its work on working with multigenerational families who have decided to
blend their emotional system with the economic and must deal with the
challenges and opportunities created by that decision. Fredda has published
widely in the field and is applauded for her thought leadership with regard to
a variety of topics including family governance, family ownership, women and
wealth, leadership and sustainability.

Julie is a 4th generation leader at Premier Dental Products
Company. Started in 1913 by her great grandfather Julius Charlestein; Premier
develops, manufactures and distributes innovative consumables to the dental
professional worldwide. Julie currently serves as President. A native of Philadelphia, Julie attended
Emory University for her undergraduate studies and Temple University for her
In her role as President of Premier, Julie was voted one of
the Top 25 Most Influential Women in Dentistry by Dental Products Report. Julie
is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the ALS (Lou Gherig's Disease)
Association, the Dean’s Advisory Board of the Harvard School of Dental
Medicine, and the Board of the Alliance for Oral Health Across Borders. Julie is also a member of The Young
Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
Virginia McGregor, Owner,
McGregor Industries, Inc,
Virginia is an owner of McGregor Industries, Inc., of
Dunmore, PA, designer and manufacturer of complex metal, steel and glass
stairwells and stair systems. Founded in 1919, McGregor Industries is now led
by the 3rd generation of the McGregor family.
In addition to her involvement with the
business, Virginia is a community leader with over thirty years’ experience in
business, politics and community organizations. She is an active member of the
Geisinger Health System Foundation Board, where she is a member of both the Audit
and Medical Affairs Committees. She was recently named one of the "Top 25 Women
in Business” by the Northeastern Pennsylvania Business Journal. Virginia received
her undergraduate degree from College of the Holy Cross, and did her graduate
work at Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
