"History of the Future”- Creating a Group Narrative
for Strategic Planning This interactive event will
engage participants to imagine a "history of the future” for the world of
family businesses using a methodology that provokes a lively discussion about
where our community is heading. The outcome will be
twofold-an understanding of what is central to our futures as practitioners,
educators, and experts; and insight into a helpful tool that, when used with
families, creates a creative thinking space for planning the future. About the Speaker: Jerrel Jones is a Senior Manager at CFAR and member of
the firm’s change implementation and family business practices. With deep understanding of system effects,
Jerrel’s client work focuses on strategic planning, leadership transitions, and
organizational restructuring. Jerrel
holds an MS degree in Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from the
University of Chicago.
