GEN 101: Family Enterprise: A multidisciplinary approach

This course provides a foundation in and understanding of:
- the nature of family enterprises
- useful concepts and theoretical frameworks that apply to your work with family enterprises
- a framework for identifying the types of professionals who work with family enterprises as well as the important component of multidisciplinary teamwork

This course ends with a case-based webinar on the following dates:
March 15 at 11AM (EDT), June 12 at 8AM (EDT), September 19 at 7PM (EDT)
Participants choose the most convenient date for the webinar after completing the online portion of the class.

Faculty: Paul Karofsky

Paul is executive director emeritus of Northeastern University Center for Family Business where he facilitates the Leadership Development Forum. He is an FFI Fellow, a former board member and he is a recipient of the Barbara Hollander Award. Having been a third generation CEO of his family company, Paul has been consulting to family enterprises for more than three decades, current together with his son in their company, Transition Consulting, LTD.
