Ivan Lansberg is co-founder and a senior partner of Lansberg, Gersick & Associates LLC,
a former professor at Yale School of Organization, a Research Fellow at Yale's Institute
for Social and Policy Studies. Lansberg is one of founders of the Family Firm Institute
